Yes! Hytale features a full Adventure Mode that can be played entirely in singleplayer. You can explore dungeons, build bases, and complete the story alone.

No. Hytale uses a 'Server-Side First' architecture. When a player joins your server, all mods, models, and textures are streamed to them automatically.
What languages are used?
High-performance server plugins are written in Java, while gameplay logic and behaviors are created using an accessible Visual Scripting system (Nodes).

Modding Is Built Into the Game
The developers say they built Hytale with modding at its core. Almost everything in the game like blocks, items, NPCs, world generation, UI, behaviours is “driven by data and code that you can influence.” That means when you rent a Hytale server, you have real flexibility to custom-create or change virtually the entire game experience.
